This weight loss system was designed to enhance the bodies ability to burn fat, while creating lean muscle to increase your metabolism. In Aero Core Aerobics your workout is tailored to your body and is increased when you increase in ability.
This is different from most workout programs because usually after you lose a little bit of weight your body levels off and stops losing weight as quick or even all together. In Aero Core each workout is designed to challenge your body to prevent plateauing (the state at which your body is no longer losing weight and the workout no longer works.).
The system of Aero Core is a collaboration of intense cardio, toning, core training, and flexibility. Aero Core incorporates cardio with pilates, yoga, weights, exercise ball, and strength training.
Aero Core Fitness aerobic kickboxing and core training was created by WAKO world champion, personal fitness trainer, forth degree black belt and author April D'Allessandro- Andrews. Her passion for fitness and nutrition has brought Aero Core Aerobics into the fitness world.

Aero Core Fitness Free Weights Made Easy
Free Weights Made Easy was developed to increase lean muscle, and boost metabolism. Free weights are an incredible way to increase strength and tone the body while increasing the heart rate for a fat burning workout.
Machines for weight training are great but very restrictive. You are more able to compensate with a machine and "cheat" the exercise.
Aero Core Aerobics developed a way to efficiently increase your metabolism and take the confusion out of weight training. Free weights are great for stabilizing the muscles and getting them to work together. Which makes your muscles more tone to help prevent injury.
